QUEENS WHARF PEDESTRIAN SHELTERS

These simple steel and glass structures are designed to provide shelter for pedestrians as they wait to cross Jervois Quay from Queens Wharf the occasional periods of inclement Wellington weather . They act define the main entry to Queens Wharf and the central raised structure accommodates signage for the adjacent Museum of Wellington and Academy of Fine Arts
Wellington Waterfront commissioned Ken Davis Architects to designed the shelters who worked in association with HMA
