Alteration and additions to the existing Newtown Medical Centre building to accommodate enlarged waiting areas and new clinical treatment rooms
The additions comprise a contemporary form built to the south boundary which houses the new treatment rooms. This is clad in hardwood timber slats that provide a subtle contrast to the painted stucco of the existing 1920's 2-level medical centre building
