The refurbishment of City Chambers, a 1960's 14 level office building, located on the corner of Featherston and Johnston, Wellington, involved re-cladding and re-glazing of the office tower and alteration and addition to the existing podium to create an range of street level retail tenancies and a new main entrance
This successful refurbishment for owner Robt. Jones Investments was built by Mainzeal Construction , but took longer to build than the Empire State Building!!!
