ARENA HOTEL DEVELOPMENT

This design for a proposed boutique hotel located in Wellington's Courtney Place, involves a 5 storey addition to the existing Arena Nightclub building. A louvred facade gives a contemporary texture that is constantly changing as the louvres are adjusted by the occupants
